Service Estimates & Scope of Work

All plumbing, hydronic heating, sewer, and natural gas installations and repairs are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured tradesmen in accordance with Washington State and City of Seattle building, plumbing, and fuel gas codes. Written scopes and estimates reflect visible conditions at the time of inspection; any required changes due to concealed conditions are communicated clearly for customer approval prior to proceeding.
